We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on our membership management function between 18:00 and 20:00 UTC+1 on Saturday, 8th April.
While we anticipate limited interruption to the service, during this window, there may be brief periods where the following functionality will be unavailable intermittently:
- View membership details for a member - Purchasing memberships or addons for a member via the website or mobile app - Register new leads or members - Record access for a member - Viewing and managing a member's account balance
If membership payments fall due during a period of unavailability, they will be automatically retried when full service is restored.
